What cleats do you spin cycles Zest?

I am a member of Zest Health Clubs here in Perth. Does anyone know where they use cleats, before going to buy. I runf and asked, but the receptionist does not know, and it will be several days before I can go and check myself. I think they are SPD.

Almost every fitness club uses the Shimano SPD Pedals with cleats ... and almost all of them use Pedal-style platform with footrests on one side and the other machines .... But anyone with an 15mm key may change from Pedal to their liking in order to better check in person.
