Sprint triathlon transition strategy?

For a triathlon that passes just 12 miles bike, it should be the pedals? If I'm wearing tennis shoes, then the time transiiton Cycling in performance will be almost negligible. How long can I expect to the port of clipless pedals?

For my final sprint triathlon, I did not wear clipless pedals, and instead went with running shoes that you envision. For a 12-mile race, you'll be on the bike for half an hour, plus or minus a few minutes. clipless pedals are "rumors" to increase your performance by 20%, although I do not feel by any means. For the sake of argument, we assume that the rumor to be true. In this case, 30min x 0.2 = 6 minutes you save on the bike. It will probably add 2 minutes in transition, unless you have sort of shoes and you've mastered the art putting them in motion. Clipless pedals restrict your range of motion and are therefore harder on the knees if you are concerned about the well-being long term of your knees is another reason to avoid them. If you encounter a hill that you destroyed the point that you must run your bike to the top Hill, enjoy running shoes. For me, recording a couple of minutes - or not - is not enough incentive to offset the hassle. Save your machines for longer races.
