I am a triathlete first season. I want to know what is used to keep your bike shoes in T1 mount?

This is so you can get your bjke and go when you transition from swim to bike. I've heard people use zip ties and another does Hickey. I'm looking to do hicky that was developed.

If you talk to on the regular bike shoes, many of them use tape Velcro and laces it. You can not get much faster than putting your foot in the shoe and securing the Velcro strap. This way, you could have your shoes already cut into the Pedals, and just jump on your bike, slip your foot into the shoe and pulling the velcro strap that you start riding.
