How to run my chain sprocket during passage through low gear frome?

While pedaling uphill, I'll change average speed to low speed and my chain just before the gear goes off. The only way to get this gear change is to stop pedaling speed and gently pedal to engage the train going up and trying to balance and avoid falling. The new gears and cranks are Shimano Xt derailleur forward is a new Shimano XTR and the chain is also new. The shifters are SRAM x7 trigger. I replaced the cranks and gears and gear case what went before with no luck. Anyone know what causes this and how to fix it? Detailed answers please. I'll try change the trigger shifters and cables below.

You need to adjust the screw low speed limit. This will prevent derailleur to move over too far. Here's an easy way to do it. Put the front derailleur to the smallest sprocket and the rear derailleur to the largest. Turn the pedal a few times to make sure the chain is attached to the right gear. Looking down on top of derailleur adjust screw on the lower limit so that the cage moves along the chain and the inside (left) is part of the cage only allows the chain. http://bicycletutor.com/adjust-front-derailer/
