does anybody know a bicycle shop near bishan or anywhere which can change a brake for very old mountain bikes

does anybody know a bicycle shop near bishan or anywhere which can change a brake for very old mountain bikes like mine cause my brakes is spoilt and it is metal(I mean the brakes near the wheel not the lever) and know it's very hard to find a shop which can sell me some brakes compatible for my mountain bike.

i know there is one in woodlands and sembawang. i aint too sure about bishan though.
