I want to buy a road bike?

I have a Devinci Cameleon, but I want a bike commuter / road / hyrbid, but more for the road anyting. I have two choices for what I do: A) buy a used bike for $ 200-300 b) buy a new one for $ 600-950 I lean far to the option A, I'm just going to have and finding old bikes in the bike stores, btu if I can not find what I want. I'd like your opinion on the road bike should I buy. What I am interested in: Giant OCR 3 Road Norco CRD 24 Junior Can someone tell me the price of the latter. Oh you!, And keep that in mind ... I do not want to clip pedals, I want V-brakes, not disc, I want nice high riding position and I want it as simple as possible. A mate of mine up OCR3 a Giant - they are good bikes! Why you should report the OCR3 escapes me right? They do not have V-brakes - calipers they (like most road bikes do!) And they are not made in Canada! Neverless, If I were you, I would have one! .
