Crank Power Sessions?
I found a gym that offers a power crank derived classes. I tried out class, and WOW kicked my butt pretty hard. I had no idea how little a race until I was actually using my Clipless Pedals. Has anyone trained to use cranks and have something to say about them? I must say that the concept sounds good.
