this is my first time to use clipless pedals, what are some tips to avoid a crash on clipless bike?

Having used two SPD and the plain flat pedals, I know only too well the pain in a fall and believe me you will probably fall. I know this may seem a bit dorky but it really works. If you skate, surf etc. hell even play football, you already know which leg is the most strong. If you have not already, try typing in a football, chances are you will automatically be with your left leg or right. Bear with me here. Once you've determined which leg is the strongest to take the opposite pedal automatic and put it on the bike, pedal to leave the apartment on the other side. Try turning up like this for a while, not having your leg strength cut in allows you to quickly dismount when you think you are going to bail, and you used the overall mechanism of saturation in out.Once and you're comfortable with your leg low and dropping, and then put the other machines from there. I definitely recommend having a bike shop fit your crampons for you Incorrect installation can cause so much trouble to find out knees. Another thing to remember is that most pedals are adjustable so you can define them so that they release easier, and once you're confident, then set so that they are stricter.
