What are the best to use crampons (depending on your own experience) with ....?
I have the automatic SPD PD-M520 Pedal installed on my road bike. I'm looking to replace the cleats on my Cycling Shoes. In your experience, which hold you recommend as the best with this type of pedal? and then a list of some other good alternatives. Thank you:) I'm new bike .... I thought the Shimano SH-51 cleats because I know they are compatible. Would it matter if the shoes I currently have a triangular hardware? lol: yeah i) Knowledge is good sense to replace with the same kind. However, I bought shoes that for some reason did not come with spikes, so now I need to know what are those that I have to buy. But anyway thank you, previous users have been very helpful and told me which ones to have. Thank you!
It's a bit confusing .... SPD can be used with SPD. If you want a different style tab, you must change the pedals for match. Personally, I like the SPD, have them on my road bike, bike sorting and mountain biking. The only thing I like most to their subject is that if you have a brake down and walk, shoes with spd are allocating more comfortable for walking
