What are the best parts to build a BMX dirt bike?

I need to know what the best parts of a trial are customized BMX dirt. I go with a 20 "frame free agent and put the brakes on Shimano (should I have before and / or rear brakes?), And probably a dirt front tire and I'm not sure what the back should be, also with both thorns proof tubes. so I need help:-pinion Brakes (How many teeth?)-Pedals (for maximum grip)-tires (for off-road speed) handlebar and nothing else I could add you as if Please consider the weight in your response, thank you.
