What is the best mountain bike pedal?

I want to start Using Clipless Pedals and I'm interested in this that the views of other riders on brands. I am leaning towards Time Atac. What do you think?

I am very partial Crank Brothers (all except Smarty and model of the ultra cheap egg beaters). They are a fantastic company and a quality service if you need it. Some people do not the egg beaters ... in this case to compare models acid or Candy. Time is of great things, too, and nobody I know has never had any problems with them other than clogging mud peanut butter between them (not a problem with the design Crank Bros). Spikes Shimano pedals last time and a little more long as the Crank Bros. too, but it's not like the Crank Bros are rotten or anything. One thing all the time and Atac pedals Crank Bros have not many other pedals have is to release tension adjustable. When I tried eggbeaters several years ago I thought miss this feature, but I really do not. I rode two different models too Atac, and do not think this is a problem for either. Most Shimano Pedals (and other brands) have a small screw that you can adjust to change the voltage. As a beginner, it can be nice to have this feature for 5 or 10 laps you need to get comfortable with ...... automatic after you put some hand and forget about it. Many pedals well over there! : O)
