How to put a car tire on a bike and converting it to be able to pedal?

Need help on how to up a car tire on a bicycle and conversion so that I can pedal.

A car tire and rim weigh as much as the rider, without about the special structure that would be needed, all would be so heavy that the smallest hill that would prevent you from your tracks.
