Ultegra 6601 crankset is compatible with 9 speed settings?

Hey, I'm upgrading my bike and found a black crankset ultegra 6601, for a very reasonable price. My bike is currently set up as 9 spd double. I'm going to 10spd soon, but I wanted to confirm that I am able to use the new Pedals in the meantime. Thank you

The crank does not care if it's 9 or 10 spd set up.
