Triathlon - Basic Equipment Required

A triathlon is one of the most demanding sports, but there is a feeling of accomplishment and achievement experienced once you've completed one, far exceeds the time, energy, effort and dedication needed for its preparation - not to mention the long-term rights to boast!

Once you've decided to compete in your first triathlon, you must put your money where your mouth and is involved in purchasing the necessary equipment. Once all the equipment was purchased, there is no going back, but the guilt and is associated with all that equipment rotting away in your garage, you hang in my face every time you spend mowing the lawn could be overwhelming!

Of course, to start, you do not need the most expensive bike with carbon fiber frame or have your brake and chain cables running inside the tube, these changes are for a later date when you become obsessed by shaving seconds of PBS. For now, decide that you will compete in one, a triathlon specific target at the first, and establish a schedule training to respond.
