I'm at a point in my life where I'm ready to cut the party. I do not want officially hang my "Cutting Loose" habits, but I can not take much yawn-filled mornings of bloodshot eyes and crooked smiles. I am ready to put those nights of loud clubs, expensive bar tabs behind me. Why this change of lifestyle once, you might ask? Mountain Biking response. I think that tackling the sport resume my active lifestyle and healthy.

Growing up, I was always by bike. It all started when I six years. My parents tried to teach me how to ride in a big field near our house, not the best idea. Have you ever tried riding through a field, let alone a child's bicycle with training wheels? It is almost impossible. Every bump, rock, and stick I bounced off the bike and landed my butt on the ground. justification of my parents is that the fall in an area would be better than hitting the pavement ruthless, which logical. But it is also almost impossible to drive on this ground, especially when learning first.

So, one afternoon, I took off my training wheels and put my bike in the driveway. I sat on the seat, put my foot on a pedal, pushed off and started up. And as they say, the rest is history. I've grown and picked up BMX; bunny hopping curbs and cruising around the ankles. When I touched college, I was on my land phase jump, and got a road bike-pedaling for miles per hour. It is therefore not surprising the mountain bike caught my attention - which is a kind of hybrid fusion of BMX and extreme maneuvers long rides road bike.

Return to story of my life, I graduated college, picked up and moved to California. This state is absolutely beautiful. weekend, My girlfriend and I drove out of town and spent several hours exploring and admiring the scenery of the West Coast. We traveled by a state park, was great, but I'm not much of a hiker. I need something for my heart pumping. We found a ton of trails Mountain Biking the state park offered. And that's when it hit me. Mountain biking is like an explosion! These guys flew close to us on these gnarly mountain bikes, equipped with full suspension and tires robust. The coast is not offering tracks such as the West Coast which is probably why I never got into the sport. Now that I have all this land, I want to enjoy.

I started looking bike and I'm dying to get one, but I ran into two problems. The bikes are very expensive and I drive a small Subaru whose seats do not fold down. In addition, I would not dirty, mud tires on my inside. I spoke with a colleague who bike and offered to lend me his old bike until I get myself. Great! But I need to get the trails. My car has no roof rack, I was looking for bike racks that mount to your trunk on the Internet. If I can find a carrier that mounts easily, I am sure I will have no problem getting to the tracks a few days a week and exercise.
