Spiritually Speaking: Should I give a hint to my chubby niece by making her Easter basket healthier?

My sister's not doing well financially this year and she asked me to make an Easter basket for one of her children. Now I just love my niece to death but she's really starting to pork out. I want to gently design her basket so she becomes aware of this fact.

I was think maybe instead of jelly beans, I could give her Garbanzo beans (do you think she'd prefer or dry?).

Instead of chocolate eggs I'll throw in a carton of Egg Beaters, maybe even an onion and a green pepper in case she wants an omelet.

Instead of a chocolate bunny, I'll give her a frozen rabbit (it's very lean meat, high in protein)

What the heck maybe I'll even put in some marshmallow Peeps, for her brother (who's not as fat).

Any more suggestions? I thought maybe I'd give her a really cute Easter card with an inscription that says, "If you keep eating, Jesus is the only man that will ever love you".

Give her chocolate, but lace it with laxatives.
